Hi, I’m unable to open the secured files using Axcrypt and it only showed the above error message when I tried to sign in. Attempted to restart my laptop a few times but the files still can’t be opened and the same error message kept popping up. Can you please advise what should I do here to get those files opened?

The version I have been using is 2.1.1444.0.

It looks as if the same problem is happening again. Disconnecting from the internet works but it is really inconvenient to go through this process.

I cannot log in to Axcrypt at all this morning. Neither of the machines that has it installed will allow me to sign in. And the portable method does not work either. I am running 2.1.1464.0 Here is the error message…..

Hello Christine,

For one thing, you’re actually using a fairly old version. But do try again, we had a minor server issue that has now been addressed.
