Mobile phone usage

Hello Axcrypt,

I am trialling your product and am struggling to access the data in my online storage supplier using my mobile phone. I can see the folders and open them and the subsequent sub folder but when I try to open the file The message reads:

“The file could not be opened. Sorry, there are no apps installed that can open this type of file.”

Should download Axcrypt on my mobile phone?
If the answer is yes, does that men if subscribe to a paid service with you I would have to purchase two products… one for the PC and one for the mobile phone?

Please advise how I can overcome file opening problem and products purchases.

Hello Andy,

Yes, in order to open an AxCrypt encrypted file, you need to download and install the AxCrypt app on the mobile.

No, you do not need to purchase twice. One subscription to Premium (or Business) is good for one person, on any number of devices.
