decrypting files from different machines

I have two machines ( machine A and machine B) with two AXcrypt. Both have their own password.

I moved files from Machine A to machine B. Useing axcrypt on machine B I am unable to decrypt these files.

How can it be done

• AxCrypt 2 decrypts files encrypted in AxCrypt 1 and AxCrypt 2
• AxCrypt 1 decrypts file encrypted in AxCrypt 1

Ensure you use the same decryption password and that you’re not trying to open a version 2 file in version 1.

If you’ve forgotten your password you’re out of luck.

Maybe I misunderstand, but you would simply use the machine A password to decrypt the file you moved to machine B.
