Cannot change main Axcrypt (free) account email address

The email address with which I registered on Axcrypt (free account) has ceased to exist, so I want to change the address associated with the account.  But when I go to the account information page https://account.axcrypt.net/en , and click on the button to change the email address, I just get an error page, headed “The page could not be displayed”, even though the url shown is https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Settings/Email .  What is going on, please?  thanks for any help.

Hello Stephen,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

To change the account email, Sign in to the AxCrypt account site https://account.axcrypt.net/en/Home/Login  with the email address and then go to Security | Email to set the new email.

When doing the email changes, we have to be careful with the email addresses and its accounts. There must not already be such an account. If there is, please delete it first. – Means we can change the AxCrypt account email address to new email address which is not associated with any other AxCrypt accounts.
