Hello,

On December 13th, 2020 I purchased a premium suscription. It isn’t active anymore on my account.

My current password does not work anymore, instead my previous password works.

It sounds like they have restored older data. What happend ? Hacked ?

Please avoid sending a same query in different mediums. You may get duplicate response.

You can use the AxCrypt app with free subscription to decrypt/open all your encrypted files. You can always decrypt your encrypted files without any paid subscription(s).

You need the file password(which was used to encrypt the files) to decrypt the encrypted files. AxCrypt will allow the users to decrypt the encrypted file with the original password which is used for encryption.
