AxCrypt just waiting with spinning icon

Hello: Just downloaded AXcrypt  and it worked to secure files. Signed out. Went back to sign back in from the tray and all I get is the little spinning icon. Not a good sign if you’re in a hurry to answer a client! Still spinning.

Can you please provide more details? If the problem persists, perhaps you might want to contact our support.

Normally there should be no trouble like that, regardless of whether you have Internet access or not.
